Whether you are about to start working for yourself, already operate as an autónomo or want to change adviser, we review your circumstances before proposing the paperwork. We organise registration, deregistration, documents and bookkeeping support so you know what to provide and which tasks will be carried out.
At Gestoría del Mar, we assist self-employed people in Barcelona and accept documents online. You can request an individual procedure or discuss ongoing support for your business. The quote sets out the agreed services and takes account of document volumes and the particular features of your activity.
We review your activity, start date and documents before preparing registration.
Bookkeeping support and organised records to prepare the obligations that apply to you.
Clarify which tasks you need, which documents you will provide and what the quote includes.
To prepare registration, we need to know what you do, where you carry out your activity and when you intend to start. Tax registration with Hacienda and registration with Spanish Social Security are separate procedures. We review both to organise the start of your business with consistent information.
The Spanish Tax Agency provides form 036 for tax census registration, amendments and deregistration. Importass states that self-employed Social Security registration must be requested before starting the activity. We can also help with changes or cessation, reviewing any outstanding notifications and tax returns.
Collecting invoices at the last minute makes reviewing your activity more difficult. We agree how to share income, expenses and supporting documents, and review the records available for bookkeeping support. If an invoice is missing or information needs clarification, we identify what you need to complete.
Your activity and tax registration determine which returns need to be prepared. The service may include Spanish VAT, income tax and the annual income tax return, depending on the agreement. Self-employed people do not all file the same forms or have the same obligations.
Before a handover, it is useful to collect your tax registration, filed returns and submission receipts, available books or records, and invoices for the current period. Tell us about any notices or procedures in progress so we can review them when defining the service.
We agree which period our work starts from and which documents still need to be received. This lets you distinguish work already completed from the tasks now being commissioned. Reviews of earlier periods are assessed individually.
Tell us whether you are about to register, already self-employed or need to deregister, and which procedure concerns you.
We ask for identification and the documents needed to understand your circumstances and the period to be managed.
We define the services, documentation and scope before starting work.
We agree how documents will be provided and how the commissioned procedures will be followed up.
